Our History

Progressive Computer Services (PCS) was founded on November of 1998 to provide friendly and professional computing services to businesses and residential clients. PCS had started as a part-time “garage” operation, and our customer was based on referrals from friends and family. As business grew steadily, PCS started selling computer hardware, telecom items, and VTC equipment to the Department Of Defense. Today, PCS customers include Small Businesses, Department of Defense, and International clients.

In 2004, PCS had begun to dealing with Department Of Defense clients. PCS had acquired contracts from Ditco-Pacific, Spawar-Pacific, Spawar-San Diego, NCTS Guam and other Federal departments. These contracts include furnishing telecom and IT products throughout the Asia Pacific. On 2006 PCS was awarded two 5 year contracts through AAFES(Army Air Force Exchange Services) to operate two computer repair retail stores located at Hickam Joint Base Pearl Harbor and Army Schofield Barracks . In this contract, PCS had totaled 250 pieces of computer equipment for repair every month. These types of equipment include laptops, desktops, and tablets. On 2006, PCS was a subcontractor to maintain workstations and a sever at Kaneohe Marine Corps Base. In this contract, PCS maintains their CAC card system and the server .

Today, PCS still deals the DOD(Department of Defense) furnishing IT and telcom items. PCS currently have BPA(Blank Purchase Agreements) with the DOD that covers IT and telcom items and labor.
